These terms cover use of the Living Branch Builders (LBB) website and our business SMS/MMS communications. Construction services, project scope, prices, and schedules are governed by separate written agreements.

Website inquiries

Submitting a discovery-call request does not book an appointment or create a construction agreement. We will contact you to arrange and confirm an appointment.

Business text messages

With your permission, LBB sends texts and multimedia messages about inquiries, appointments, updates, and project information. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies depending on your inquiries, appointments, and project activity.

Verbal consent

Before texting, an LBB employee will confirm your mobile number, explain the business messaging program, and ask for your verbal agreement. Texting consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Providing your phone number in our request form does not itself enroll you in texting.

Rates and delivery

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Messages may be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use text messaging for emergencies.

Stop messages

Reply STOP to the LBB number that sent the message to opt out. You may also use CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out; further program messages will stop unless you opt in again. To request re-enrollment, contact LBB; if your number is blocked by the messaging service, reply UNSTOP to that number.

Help and contact

Reply HELP to the LBB number that contacted you for texting assistance. You may also use our contact/request form and describe your question in Project Details. We will respond using the contact information you provide.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, company access, indefinite retention, and service-provider processing of your information. Mobile information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Updates

We may revise these terms and publish updates here with a revised date. Material changes to the scope of text messages will require appropriate consent.
