Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Living Branch Builders (LBB) handles information collected through our website, discovery-call request form, and business communications.
Information we collect
When you submit our request form, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, project details, and preferred days and times. We also retain information you provide in subsequent communications. When you agree to business texting, we maintain your telephone number, text and multimedia message content, and records of consent and opt-out requests.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, arrange appointments, provide updates, and communicate about project information. Telephone numbers are used for authorized business communications. LBB does not send marketing or promotional texts.
Optional texting consent
We obtain your optional verbal permission before sending SMS/MMS messages. Submitting a telephone number through our website does not itself give consent to text messages. You may decline texting and communicate with us through other available channels. You may withdraw texting consent at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent the message.
Access and service providers
Text conversations are visible to company staff, including staff other than the employee communicating with you. Our website is hosted through Cloudflare, request-form records are stored in Airtable, email notifications are delivered through MXroute, and business messages are handled through Dialpad. These providers process information to operate the services we use. We may also disclose information when required by law.
No mobile information, including telephone numbers, mobile opt-in information and consent, will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers supporting our messaging services may process this information to deliver and manage authorized communications.
Storage and protection
Information is stored in the business systems described above. The website and request form use HTTPS to protect information in transit. Company staff have access to business communication records. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention
LBB retains inquiry records, customer communications, text conversations, and related consent records indefinitely. Opting out of texts stops future program messages; it does not automatically delete records already held by LBB.
Questions and requests
For privacy questions, or to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, use our contact/request form and enter “Privacy question” in Project Details. We will respond using the contact information you provide. Requests are considered subject to applicable requirements and any obligations to retain records. For texting assistance, reply HELP to the LBB number that contacted you.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our practices change. Revisions will appear on this page with an updated date.
